1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or placing an order through purrrsupps.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase any products. PurrrSupps reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Product Information & Supplement Disclaimer

PurrrSupps sells a taurine powder supplement formulated for cats. This product is a nutritional supplement, not a medication.

The following disclaimers apply to all PurrrSupps products and all content published on the Site, including but not limited to product descriptions, blog posts, educational articles, guides, and social media content:

• These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
• This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• PurrrSupps is not a veterinary product, prescription medication, or regulated drug. It is a nutritional supplement containing taurine, an amino acid naturally found in animal tissues and commercially available cat foods.
• Individual results may vary. Any descriptions of outcomes shared on the Site, in advertising, or in customer communications reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guaranteed or typical results for any animal.

Always consult your veterinarian before introducing any supplement to your cat's diet, especially if your cat is currently on medication, has been diagnosed with any medical condition, is pregnant or nursing, or is under 12 weeks of age.

3. Dosage and Usage

PurrrSupps taurine powder is intended for use as directed on the product label. Each scoop delivers approximately 503mg of taurine. The recommended dose is one scoop per day, mixed into your cat's wet or dry food.

Do not exceed the recommended serving unless directed by a licensed veterinarian. While taurine is water-soluble and excess is typically excreted, PurrrSupps assumes no liability for use outside of the labeled instructions. Dosing guidance on the label is provided in both weight-based and scoop-based formats using U.S. customary measurements (pounds, tablespoons). A measuring scoop is included with every tub.

4. Ordering and Pricing

All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars. PurrrSupps offers the following pricing tiers:

• 1 Tub: $29.95
• 2 Tubs: $24.95 each ($49.90 total)
• 3 Tubs: $19.95 each ($59.85 total)

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any promotions, discounts, or bundle offers are valid only while posted on the Site and may be withdrawn at any time. PurrrSupps reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Subscription Policy

PurrrSupps offers an optional Subscribe & Save program at a 20% discount off the current single-tub price. Subscription enrollment is always optional and requires your explicit, affirmative consent.

You will never be enrolled in a subscription without knowingly selecting it during checkout. No pre-checked boxes. No automatic enrollment. No hidden recurring charges.

If you choose to subscribe, the following terms apply:

• Your card will be charged automatically at the interval you selected (every 30, 60, or 90 days) until you cancel.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard on the Site. Cancellation is self-service and takes effect immediately. No phone calls, emails, or "retention" steps are required.
• If you experience any difficulty canceling, contact support@purrrsupps.com and cancellation will be processed within one business day.
• You will receive an email notification at least 3 days before each renewal charge. The email will include a direct link to manage or cancel your subscription.
• No restocking fees or cancellation penalties apply to subscription orders.

6. Shipping Policy

PurrrSupps ships within the continental United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of shipment.

Free priority shipping is included on all orders. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. PurrrSupps is not liable for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.

7. Return and Refund Policy

PurrrSupps offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To request a refund, contact support@purrrsupps.com with your order number. Refund terms:

• Opened or unopened tubs are eligible for refund within the 30-day window.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part.
• Bundle orders (2-tub or 3-tub) are refunded in full. Partial bundle refunds are not available.
• Subscription orders are eligible for the same 30-day guarantee on each shipment.

PurrrSupps reserves the right to deny refund requests that indicate abuse of the guarantee policy, including repeated orders and returns.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, blog posts, guides, and ebooks, is the property of PurrrSupps or its content licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written consent from PurrrSupps.

The PurrrSupps name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of PurrrSupps. Unauthorized use of any PurrrSupps trademark is prohibited.

9. User Conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit false information during checkout, account creation, or customer communication.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's functionality, security, or infrastructure.
• Resell PurrrSupps products without written authorization.
• Submit fraudulent refund or chargeback claims.

PurrrSupps reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict account access at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes any of the above terms have been violated.

10. Privacy

PurrrSupps collects personal information necessary to process orders and communicate with customers, including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled by Shopify's secure checkout infrastructure. PurrrSupps does not store your full credit card number on its servers.

PurrrSupps will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. By placing an order, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your purchase (order confirmation, shipping updates, subscription renewal notices). 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PurrrSupps, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, the purchase of any product, or the use or inability to use any product.

PurrrSupps' total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the total amount you paid to PurrrSupps for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

PurrrSupps is not liable for any adverse reaction, health outcome, or veterinary expense resulting from the use of its products. Supplement use is at the owner's own risk and should be undertaken in consultation with a licensed veterinarian.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PurrrSupps, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your purchase of PurrrSupps products shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@purrrsupps.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the state in which PurrrSupps is registered. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis only, not as a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which PurrrSupps is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state for any legal proceedings.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
